For those of you who follow this account and don’t know, I’m located in Memphis, TN. We Memphians are absolutely blessed to have St Jude in our city.
St Jude treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
As children we would visit the campus on school tours, raise money through fundraisers and even bring donations to the several charity homes housing displaced families while being treated at St Jude. I’ve grown up knowing what St Jude is and how powerful they are to childhood cancer.
In Summer 2021, childhood cancer hit closer to home than I ever thought possible. A sweet friend of ours, Hattie, endured a scary rollercoaster of medical issues and was finally diagnosed with a rare cancer and quickly began treatment at St Jude. The amount of prayers, blood donations and tears rocked our little community of friends and the love poured from all corners of our city still brings me to tears. As of Fall 2022, precious Hattie is officially considered to be in remission.
This year, I’ll be participating in my second St. Jude race and to help raise money, I’m offering custom illustrations!
If you’re new to this account, during the 2020 lockdown era I made about a *million* birthday illustrations to cheer up quarantined birthday times. They became popular after quarantine was lifted, but I quickly ran out of time to complete them and had to put them on hold. When I was brainstorming on ways to give back, they seemed like a perfect way to thank all the St. Jude donations - so I offered custom family portraits in 2022!
The details:
I am so grateful for each and every donation to St. Jude - every penny raised is a blessing, but I have outlined a few amounts below that I’ll be specifically creating custom artwork as a “thank you.” Each piece of art will be hand drawn digitally using a photo reference submitted after donation.
Minimum of $250 donation - a custom family digital illustration and art print (emailed digital file, 8”x10” print shipped), a custom Christmas card design with your family illustration AND 30 printed 5”x7” Christmas cards with envelopes printed return addressing (shipped)
Minimum of $100 donation - a custom family digital illustration and art print (emailed digital file + 8”x10” print shipped)
Minimum of $50 donation - a custom single-person digital illustration and art print (emailed digital file, 8”x10” print shipped)

I’ll be changing up my fundraisers so the options listed above are available for a limited time.
Once your donation is made, I’ll reach out to you via email for a reference photo (and any other info needed) and will complete the illustration within 1-2 weeks and email your file (and shipping info if applicable).
