Subservice Branding

Nuha, of 17Berkshire, is expanding the shop’s offerings to include an ‘Afternoon Tea.’ This exciting new service needed branding for signs, menus and other social imagery.

Project Plan

Brand feels: French, fine art & feminine.

Goal: Hand-painted custom chinoiserie pattern.

Project Materials

Menu Design

Nuha has a very beautiful shop that really highlights her taste in design. One design element she knew the Afternoon Tea had to have, Chinoiserie pattern!

The process began with pattern sketches and sample paint tests. Once the sketch and color palette was refined, to painting we went! The menu, signage and social imagery was all hand painted, digitally edited and then finished with complete design with content.

Packaging & Signage

The menu during Afternoon Tea was just one piece of the branded materials needed for the service. Coordinating signage was created for display on the counter as well as the custom chinoiserie pattern reiterated on the packaging for macarons and other pastry treats.

Social Materials

Accompanying social materials were also created for brand consistency for the Afternoon Tea service for any instagram posts and stories. Blank coordinating templates were created and given in the specs for post-ready images.
